Moose Hunting in Northern Maine

June & Dale Thompson of Virginia

Two Very Happy Moose Hunters

Nowhere in the lower 48 states is the moose hunt as productive and exciting as it is here in the State of Northern Maine.

Our moose are very large and magnificent animals.  Many have 48"-60" spreads and can weigh up to 1000-1400 lbs.

Your guide is very knowledgeable about these large and unpredictable creatures.  Using birchbark moose calls and other native techniques, he can attract the attention of many receptive bulls in the area.  We do our best to adapt your hunt based on your needs and weather conditions.  We hunt on clearcuts and logging roads, on foot, or on the water.

We hunt in Zones 1,2 & 3.

Your guide has 100% success on both bull and cow hunts.

Our moose hunts are $1800.00.  This price includes your guide, lodging, 3 meals per day (only supper is served on arrival day) and basic game handling (skinning, quartering if desired).  We can also recommend local taxidermy services if you wish.   Non-hunting guests are welcome to stay with you during your hunt.  Non-hunting guest-$375.00 for the week.

We only book one moose hunt per week.  You never have to worry about sharing your hunt or your guide

The prices do not include sales tax or license fees.  50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your hunt.
